CAS’s Robotic Box Packer is an automated system that uses robots for precise and efficient packing of plastic bottles into boxes.
The robotic box packer contains highly customizable cell layouts that can be designed to meet the specific box packing requirements for the customer while maintaining a minimal cell footprint to meet space constraint needs.
It can be integrated with other CAS packaging line products.

Robotic Box Packer Features
Highly customizable cell layouts can be designed to meet specific box packing requirements for the customer while maintaining a minimal cell footprint to meet space constraint needs.
Our robotic box packers utilize Yaskawa’s PLC integration solution MLX300 to provide an interface that enables the programming and control of Yaskawa Motoman industrial robots with the widely accepted Rockwell Automation PLC.
An Allen-Bradley MobileView HMI provides a single interface to allow for all robot functions, adjustments to system settings, and troubleshooting to be performed easily with minimal training.
A user-friendly recipe interface allows for the end user to create, copy, edit, and save multiple recipes without the need for extensive training or OEM support.
Robotics cells are designed with Category 3 safety devices to include safety light curtains for box entrance and/or exit, dual channel emergency stops in multiple locations, and Allen-Bradley Guardmaster Multifunctional Access Box for cell access interlocking and guard lock monitoring.
