CAS’s Lubri-Stat ® Water Treatment System ensures water used during the spray coating process is free from inpurities that could impact the effectiveness of the Lubri-Stat ® Spray Material in the packaging line.
The system is designed to treat hard water, iron content, and the TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) level, which refers to the the amount of organic and inorganic materials (minerals, salts, metals) dissolved in water. The system significantly reduces the amount of sediment, bacteria, pyrogens, colloids, organics, and silica in water.
The water treatment system uses reverse osmosis for water purification. One unit per plant is recommended.
