Robotic Palletizer

CAS’s Robotic Palletizer provides high-speed pallet loading of empty plastic containers. It uses robotic arms to place containers accurately and efficiently, minimizing errors in the packaging line.

Robotic palletizers are capable of handling a wide range of products, including those with unique shapes and sizes, and can be integrated with existing packaging line equipment or logistics workflows. They are ideal for facilitiies that require high-speed, fully automated packaging lines.

The system consists of highly customizable cell layouts that can be designed to meet specific palletizing requirements while maintaining a minimal cell footprint to meet space constraint needs.

Robotic Palletizer Features & Benefits

Highly customizable cell layouts can be designed to meet specific palletizing requirements for the customer while maintaining a minimal cell footprint to meet space constraint needs.

Our robotic palletizers utilize Yaskawa’s PLC integration solution MLX300 to provide an interface that enables the programming and control of Yaskawa Motoman industrial robots with the widely accepted Rockwell Automation PLC.

An Allen-Bradley MobileView HMI provides a single interface to allow for all robot functions, adjustments to system settings, and troubleshooting to be performed easily with minimal training.

User-friendly recipe interface allows for the end user to create, copy, edit, and save multiple recipes without the need for extensive training or OEM support.

Robotic cells are designed with Category 3 safety devices to include safety light curtains for pallet entrance and/or exit, dual channel emergency stops in multiple locations, and Allen-Bradley Guardmaster.

Custom designed EOAT to meet the needs of your application. For systems that require multiple tools, an optional tool changer can be utilized to reduce changeover and equipment down time.

Custom designed conveyor system engineered to work with the design of the EOAT to ensure efficient and precise pick and placement of product.

Palletizer systems can be designed to handle recipes that require a combination of slip sheets and sports trays along with top frame placement.

Optional ancillary equipment can also be incorporated into the system to enhance system efficiency to include automatic pallet dispenser, removable stillages, squaring fixture, and more.

Semi automatic and fully automatic options available.
